Earlier in 2014 my paid subscription was lost (reimbursed by iTunes Store eventually). Updated app automatically and now I cant access my previously purchased issues. This is why I now stay away from any magazine from pixelmags. They really need to get their act together.

Dont bother
Like everyone else, lost 10 paid issues I had before the new update . They told me to create an account with them and all my issues would be renewed . Yea right ,NO . Hope they get it together because I really like the magazines .

Great content every month and the problems with the lost issues are no longer a concern I noticed they uploaded from the previous years too. The Bible of Jazz!
